Angela Elder, Founder and CEO of Simplie HR, brings over 22 years of Human Resources Executive Leadership Experience. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in over 30 countries, demonstrating a broad and deep expertise in the field.

Angela’s distinguished career includes her role as Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources at Skyview Capital, where she oversaw all facets of HR for the firm and its various portfolio companies, including Mergers & Acquisitions, HR Due Diligence, HR Integration & Stabilization, HR Strategy, Global HR, HR Operations, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation, Project Management, and Leadership Development.

Her extensive experience in Human Resources Executive Leadership, Operations, and Organizational Management spans more than two decades, showcasing her exceptional ability to integrate HR functions with broader operational strategies.

Prior to her tenure at Skyview Capital (a boutique private equity firm), Angela was the Assistant Vice President ofOperations for Group Long-Term Care at CNA Insurance, the 8th largest U.S commercial lines insurer. During her 10-year career at CNA, she held several leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, where she led Employee Relations for a Shared Services Organization.

Angela’s career began at Target Stores, where she spent 12 years and held various positions, including Human Resources Manager. Her time at Target was marked by her ability to bridge operational demands with HR solutions, further underscoring her distinctive leadership capabilities.

Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude from Aurora University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Management.
